Cindy Pham is an experienced real estate professional and 1031 exchange specialist with more than two decades of supporting tax-efficient investment strategies. Licensed as a Texas real estate broker since 2003 and serving the 1031 exchange industry since 2018, Cindy has supported thousands of successful transactions across diverse property types.
Cindy currently serves as a Commissioner on the City of Houston Planning Commission, appointed by the Mayor to help guide long-term planning, development policy, and strategic growth initiatives for one of the fastest-growing cities in the United States.
She holds designations and leadership roles across premier industry organizations, including CCIM, ICSC, and CREW, and serves on the Executive Board of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) Houston.
