Before joining Legal 1031, Diana served as a Legal Processing Officer in the Commercial Lending Department at Flagstar Bank. In that role, she developed a strong foundation in legal research, document analysis, and client service—acting as a key liaison for resolving complex issues within the department.
Diana holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from CUNY John Jay College and a Paralegal Certification from Hofstra University. Her background includes extensive experience reviewing and analyzing commercial loan closing documents in response to subpoenas, foreclosure complaints, and bankruptcy filings—ensuring timely and accurate compliance with legal requests.
With her keen attention to detail and deep understanding of legal documentation, Diana brings valuable expertise to the 1031 exchange process, helping clients navigate transactions with confidence and precision.
